Rising Raptor - they circle around, being carried upwards by warm air currents, as they look around for prey.
(Obviously it symbolizes how Linux has been circling the Microsoft world, slowing climbing higher and higher. With the LTS, maybe it’s time to stop circling and go in for the kill.)

It’s difficult to to surpass Raring Ringtail, but I think Rustic Roadrunner is appropriate given Ubuntu’s current focus area.
