If you experience any graphics problems then instead of posting here, please open a bug by running:

ubuntu-bug xorg

That will also automatically attach relevant system information so we can analyse it.

Thank you good Sir <3 will do. In addition to all of this this settings seem to work for Nvidia vsync issues for overall Desktop, as soon as i can get it to save to xorg file if anyone needs for reference.
