When activating always on top in gnome-terminal the right click menu is appearing below the terminal

This is happening with all the apps right-click menu is appearing below the app after clicking on always on top.
I am using Ubuntu 19.04.

I’d suggest using the ubuntu-bug <package>
command to file the bug, and I suspect gnome-terminal
is the wrong package, but another user of this site may provide a better package to file against, or you could use gnome-terminal
& a bug-squad member will likely correct it for you after filing.
A wrongly filed bug is still better than none at all, and thank you for trying to file, and making Ubuntu better!
