Laptop spec:

Kernel: x86_64 Linux 5.4.0-42-generic
DE: GNOME 3.36.4
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx @ 8x 2GHz
GPU: AMD/ATI Raven Ridge [Radeon Vega Series / Radeon Vega Mobile Series]

Hi @oleksandr321,

This is a common issue with GNOME shell whether you’re using Ubuntu, Fedora; or Arch Linux. Some people have fixed/improved the issue by disabling some outdated extensions they had installed.

@oleksandr321, please report crashes using Launchpad, not here. You can either run:

ubuntu-bug YOURFILE.crash

ubuntu-bug gnome-shell

If for any reason neither of those work then use this link.

Please also save some time and try disabling all your extensions via the Extensions app, before reporting a bug.

yep, I disable some extensions and this fix my issue, thanks!
