if is not supported in gnome 46 . and removed that in later versions of gnome i can wait .
flatpak is on official repos . and secondly for docker + virt-manager the snap version is not working and i should configure it manually to make it work …

Beyond this though, if it comes to integration with the OS or its behavior, please note that this deb comes straight from debian unstable during the development cycle and gets zero official testing, it just sits there in the archive as is …
So if you want to know why GNOME treats flatpak installed apps in a certain way you might probably be better off asking in a GNOME forum
