Easy way how to share data with phone without cloud

Just local network mobile phone connection, where I could just connect to the same wifi and hit sync. Using local client discovery, … Even nmap doesn’t take that long, or photographing screen from server IP and phone will connect to computer server on LAN and sync Music directory.

Not everybody can afford luxury of data so much that they can transfer 128GIGS to phone with cloud.
Even common cloud storage doesn’t support that.
