Yes, it’s intentional…in the sense that it’s not spam.
Documentation pages here map to documentation in various places. That way, it’s reasonably easy to maintain…and discuss.
Discourse has multiple uses, and enables Ubuntu users who are paying attention to see how the sausage gets made.

well, many other mass additions simply dont show up in the “latest” category (like all the ubuntu core docs from last week did not for example), they are just added quietly … something is different with this one.
