Chromium

Edubuntu will seed Chromium. Opened a branch for it.
- Interesting discussion on IRC about the process of opening branches for seeding and channel terminology ensued.
- Updated Apport hooks for Lunar and wrote the corresponding SRU.
- Worked with Bram on rebasing the Kivu patches on a suitable target (went into
candidate/hwacc). - Discussed with Bram and Ken about transparent window bug on Wayland + Nvidia only setup. One of the proposed fixes is still to be released.
