• Added support for snap hold date to snapd-glib and snapd.dart.
• Finished Linux app exit support.
• Made PR to show pending snap updates in snap info.
• Investigating Linux Flutter camera support.
• Updated snap category branch to support searching for categories.
• 360 reviews.

• Lots of bug triage and user support in Launchpad and upstreams. Backlog stats are here.
• Helped Partner Engineering and customer support with two different projects this week.
• Cleaned up mutter warnings related to above.
• Fixed NVIDIA EGLStreams testing mode in mutter.
• Sidetracked figuring out a new build strategy for gnome-shell 44.0 due to dependencies not in lunar.
• Fixed some minor mutter leaks.
• Lunar ISO testing.
• HR reviews.
• Triple buffering for GNOME 44:
  • Tested NVIDIA GBM and EGLStreams. Both working great providing you have the workaround.
  • Fixed a merge regression in 44.rc.
  • Fixed noisy log messages and a new leak in 44.rc.

• Worked on the new re-designed installation slides
• Drafted a quick and simple loading screen proposal
• Finished Active Directory support
• Prepared for fixing the mouse cursor by switching to more Yaru-styled popups
• Flavor-compatible desktop settings
• Fixed workarea size detection

Yaru

• Added YaruAutocomplete
• Worked on restoring high-contrast themes
• Added hover and press effects to YaruCheckbox & friends

• Reported that xdg-desktop-portal-gnome 44 no longer works properly with non-GNOME desktops.
• Reported noisy warnings in appstream with glib 2.75.4 and cherry-picked the upstream fix
• Participated in a team effort to get gnome-initial-setup’s app icon working in Debian Bookworm.
• Finally figured out why the upstream gnome-initial-setup app icon fix didn’t work in Ubuntu. We provide an override .desktop in our ubuntu-settings package that also needed to be updated.
   
• Miscellaneous GNOME 44 RC packaging updates
• Cherrypicked post-GNOME 44 RC fixes for the GNOME Boxes app

Other News

• gnome-shell 44 Beta landed in Ubuntu 23.04. We are working on a mutter build test issue to get gnome-shell 44 RC in.
• glib 2.75.4 (Beta) migrated out of lunar-proposed. We are trying to fix known autopkgtest regressions for the new version before uploading the stable 2.76.0 release to lunar-proposed.

• reviewed the work from Nathan to enable the Ubuntu Pro tab in software-properties for Lunar
• investigated some proposed migration issues, retried some tests, the new GNOME serie finally migrated our of proposed!
• sponsored tests fixes from Marco
• new installer testing
• got autoinstall working using the new installer and started updated our the ISO testing CI job
• hit problem with utah in lunar to bzr invalid handling of lp url
• started updating the wallpaper package for lunar
