- Reviewed and tested Alessandro’s dock scrolling fixes. And released to Plucky.
- The Plymouth updates were released to Noble and Oracular.
- Planning feature work for 25.10.
- Proposed a fix for Mutter’s
monitor-unittests timing out in some builds. - Wrote a post about recurring display bugs.
- Fixed conflicts in “clutter/frame-clock: Simplify and merge non-vsync’d paths”.
- Merged Alessandro’s backports for Noble and uploaded (awaiting SRU team approval).
- Reviewed, approved and merged the 48.0 screen freeze fix.
- Packaged Mutter 48.0 for Debian and Jeremy released it, to Ubuntu too. There was a slight delay caused by confusion from upstream tarballs.
- Finished bisecting the ppc64el test failure very slowly via a PPA. That led upstream to fix it.
- Prepared another engineering interview.
- Prototyped a fix for shutdown crashes significantly affecting GNOME 48 (but seen as far back as 45).
- Corporate housekeeping.
