Lots of bug triage and user support in Launchpad and upstreams. Backlog stats are here.
For the Nvidia lag regression:
- Proposed a distro patch for jammy and for mantic.
- More testing with 550, multi-monitors and hybrid GPUs.
Fixed a Mutter 46 upgrade bug, but in the process found that X11 fractional scaling support is currently missing.
Updated ISO stats.
Investigated a reported performance regression in Dash to Dock (not in Ubuntu Dock), only to confirm a larger performance regression in Xorg sessions.
Prepared an Ubuntu Dock bugfix bundle for Noble.
Tracked down the cause of the jumping logo on the Noble login screen.
Made progress diagnosing the cause of the dock glitch when the screen is unlocked. Haven’t come up with a fix that works yet.
Work in progress on Raspberry Pi graphics corruption.
