We’ve had customers ask why we won’t backport a particular bug or feature that they would like to have. And this page has some good context for how Ubuntu treats the SRU process:

However, it also has a [expand on this] and a [need to expand on this] which look unprofessional when pointing external customers at the documentation.
Is this documentation actively being worked on? Can we nudge someone a little bit to look at polishing it. Even if it was just taking out those extra comments, it would at least professionalize the page a bit.
