In an effort to help better sync with the cloud-init community the development team proposes the following release schedule for 2022. These dates are targets and might change slightly as the need demands. The development team will make sure any changes to the schedule are communicated both here, and on the cloud-init mailing list [1].
Release Schedule
22.1 - Feb 15th
22.2 - May 17th
22.3 - Aug 16th
22.4 - Nov 1st
As we approach each release date the team will provide reminders about the upcoming release through the cloud-init mailing list.
The cloud-init team acknowledges that there will be additional releases that might be necessary to address bugs or security issues. These will be made, as needed, as hotfix or interim releases beyond this schedule.
