Changelogs are missing for updated packages - where to report?

Hello, new changelogs are not available for week or two. When I want to read what changed in proposed updates via Kubuntu KDE Discover, the changes are not shown. I tried to look for changes via direct access to changelogs repository, eg for https://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/m/mesa/mesa_25.2.3-1ubuntu1/changelog , but these are not accessible too (and probably the root cause, why I don’t see them in Discover).

I don’t know, where to report this issue. Wiki tells me only how to report package bug, not infra bug.

In case it’s relevant, just noting that that version of mesa is for questing / 25.10 which is not yet released

The infrastructure issues are known, and the right teams are on it. Problems like these have been ongoing for weeks now.

For what it’s worth, it’ll usually show up on Launchpad first before anywhere else. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mesa/25.2.3-1ubuntu1
