When I search for an app, I have a problem with text bellow the apps icon.
In this case the icon is useless and I need the full text to choose which app to select.
Is it possible to put 2 lines of text ?

Discussion should take place in the upstream bug report: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=663725 . Note that several Ubuntu developers are already involved in that bug.
If you have code to contribute that will fix the upstream problem, please do.
