I have a Ubuntu.com account, several paid Ubuntu Pro subscriptions, and Infrastructure Support. When I click the “Support Portal” button on the Ubuntu Pro dashboard, I’m redirected to:
I don’t know where to turn. We bought the subscriptions using the same account I’m logged in with. I cannot find any way to contact Ubuntu support via email or phone. Everything points me back to logging in to the support portal to open a ticket, which I cannot do.
Something is messed up with associations on my SSO account, but I cannot get Canonical’s help. I’ve even tried to reach out to sales via webform, but nobody gets back to me.
We had a similar issue where members of our organization, listed as Admin, could not get to the support portal.
It turns out one of the Admins had support portal access, and inside that application they had to add the other members by visiting My Account in the support portal:
There is then a section called “Related contacts” which should show the other members from the Ubuntu Pro subscription. By default, they are not granted support access. But you can use the same page to do so…
Not sure if this relates to you or not…sounds like nobody in your org has access. I would check all the users you have listed in your Pro Dashboard and see if any of those folks can reach portal. Good luck!
