I’m planning on buying an Xbox One wireless adapter, and it’d be nice to have xone in the repo as it’s highly recommended.

It doesn’t seem to be packaged in Debian. I suggest you submit a request to them; after a short while, new packages from Debian get into Ubuntu too.
