This snap has an updated Squeekboard version. This should not affect existing usage.
To test, just switch to the candidate channel:
snap refresh --candidate ubuntu-frame-osk
And use as normal. Please let us know any results here.
If no problems are identified we aim to promote to stable in a week.

I see the version number mentions squeekboard 1.17.0. Is it affected by https://bugs.debian.org/1007115 which was fixed in 1.17.1?

@jbicha thanks for bringing that to our attention.
It does affect outputs that are scaled (not a case I had tried before).
