Auto update window 10 for laptop

I do not understand why my laptop updates itself every time I turn it off
Can anyone help me fix it?

ps: I clicked menu, searched for ‘updates’ & selected 'Software & Updates’ then can see the update options for when your system checks for updates (daily, every two days … never), what to do when there are security updates, what to do when they are other updates etc…

From the title it seems the OP is more interested about a Windows 10 update which applies during the shutdown process.
