Appearance tab in GNOME Settings

Continuing the discussion from Ubuntu design discussion:

Was testing out Pop_OS! 19.10 in virtual machine and noticed that they have a new section in Settings, it is called Appearance and it has two tabs, Background and Appearance. Background is what we get in Ubuntu and other GNOME distros. Appearance is where you can choose between light and dark theme. Would be better to have that Yaru as well?
