It will be very nice if you could execute Android apps by default (without installing additional software) and have a play-store application(integrated into Ubuntu) to manage them… Or not?

Indeed , this could be a killer feature and gnu/linux would have the best performance on this thanks to native linux kernel.
The best project for now to achieve this is Waydroid https://github.com/waydroid/waydroid
But it’s too short to include it in 22.04 , so the target could be for 24.04 For the 20 years \o/
Not if it could be packaged as a Snap
The project to look out for is Anbox, which actually has commercial backing behind it as well. So I would put my bet on that instead.
