We recently added some additional emojis that you can use for liking posts here.
On desktop, hover over the heart favicon and choose your preferred emoji
On mobile, it is my understanding you need to do a long press on the heart to show the other options.
We would love to hear some feedback: do you like these new options, are there other emojis you would like us to consider adding etc.
I noticed those yesterday.

On Slack the 
(Person Raising Both Hands in Celebration) is titled “Nicely done”. I’ve seen it being used when for example a developer merges a big feature to main branch or releases a new version. The 
(Confetti Ball) is more of a ceremony celebration according to Emojipedia, but a celebration never the less.
