Add one point in the code of conduct: avoid "noyer le poisson"

Hello :),

I try to improve the code of conduct based on my experience and feelings.

Whenever some feature improvement is asked,
it is common to face opposition given behind too many alternative solutions.
So that at the end, almost nobody can read all the topic and follow the original demand.
Could it be possible to add to the code of conduct ?:
Clouding the issue with lot of alternative solutions should be avoided.
“Cloud the issue” is the translation of “noyer le poisson” that I found here:

@laurent-lyaudet, in my opinion this belongs more to the Support and Help posting guidelines (Support and Help posting guide) than to the code of conduct. And if a thread gets cluttered the way you describe, it is the role of moderators to help in decluttering by moving posts or asking for better editing.

It seems what I requested here could be added here:

When answering technical support issues:

But if and only if technical support issues deals also with technical feature requests.
In French companies, support will most of the time be “level 1 support” and only for users that need to be explained how to use the product.
I don’t know if there is such a distinction here.

Do you think my request (the current discussion) has the right category for that right now ?
