I am Jihun Park, nice to meet you all. To be honest, I am not very acquainted with Linux yet, so I am reading books and trying things out…
By the way, I just found out that my previous account (phunji-ark) was removed from the site. Was it due to low activity? (I used it only for asking questions on a specific topic.) Because it was gone without explanation, I’d be happy to know the reason so it doesn’t happen again.

Do you recall when the original account was created and how long it was inactive?
I was engaging in FAQ: Ubuntu 25.04 on Snapdragon X Elite early this August, and my account was also created at that time. Yesterday was my first login attempt in at least two weeks (which had been unsuccessful.)
Hello, discourse had an issue that is still being investigated but we lost 2 weeks of data so this is most likely what happened to your account, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi everyone! I’m Kingsley Muturi, a UI-UX Front-End Engineer based in Kenya. I’m thrilled to join the Ubuntu community and explore how I can contribute, especially after applying for a Web Developer role at Canonical. With about three years of experience, I’ve worked on modern web applications using React(Typescript) and tailwind, recently rebuilding a company website and admin portal at The International Scholars Program. I’ve also dabbled in Angular, Django and PHP. I’m really passionate about creating user-centric interfaces that solve real-world problems.
I’m new to open-source contributions but eager to learn, and I’ve set up accounts here, on Charmhub and Snapcraft forums to get involved. I’d love to hear from experienced contributors about where to start with Ubuntu, maybe something related to web development or UI improvements?
