24.04 Dell laptop, only one speaker works, microphone echo

I come from Windows 10 and the issues I’m describing, had worked perfectly while in Windows 10. My laptop is Dell Inspiron 14-3467 Series.

Ubuntu 24.04 LTS GNOME Desktop

I have two speakers on the laptop. My right speaker works but my left speaker doesn’t produce sound. When I record my audio by speaking directly to the laptop (during screen recordings or during ZOOM / Google Meet Meeting), my voice sounds incredibly muffled and at times, is on a repetitive echo loop to the other side who can hear my voice.

Hi @kyawzawlin, have you tried amixer or alsamixer?
