Heard good about Ubuntu and don’t like bill gates. So I erased windows 11 off of my Dell Vostro DT 5090 BTX base. I started with Ubuntu and have to say that I’ve seen the words easy or simple used about this OS, but that is bs. You have a whole new language that needs to be learned. None of your apps or files can even remotely check it’s self to see if all is working correctly. Now I have installed Kubuntu because it was closer to the windows look. I can’t even get it to wirelessly find my printer. Nothing really works right and now, the damn thing is locking up mid-sentence if I’m working and I have to use the alt/control/delete to get it unstuck. I am very disappointed. I can’t even find a program that will check the install of Kubuntu. I can’t even use my computer as a computer. Why don’t you have programs, EASY programs that simple check the integrity of the apps and installs?
