20+ years in IT (mostly on Win but some SVR4 and very early RH). Now in a different industry but flatly refuse to continually update my hardware just to read mail, handle accounts and send invoices…so here I am: an Ubuntu desktop user with a reasonably technical background.
These days I also have a couple of Pi boxes, running a NAS service and pi-hole as well as giving me a platform I can use to try new ideas and generally improve my skill set.
