Celebrating 20 Years of Xubuntu
Xubuntu first joined the Ubuntu family as an official flavor in June 2006. Fast-forward 20 years, and Xubuntu is a fan favorite–fast, lightweight, easy-to-use, and easy-to-recommend.
To celebrate, we will reimagine two of our past wallpapers: one from each decade. The community gets to decide which ones! Please vote by liking 
any number of wallpapers below that you would wish to see remixed for Xubuntu 26.04. The two winners will be included in Xubuntu 26.04, with the Xubuntu team making the final determination on the default wallpaper.
We’re also running a community wallpaper contest for six community submissions to be included in Xubuntu 26.04.
