Xfce font size changes icon text lines

I have installed xubuntu 24.04 with xfce 4.18. I am using the Nimix theme and Ubuntu Icons.

With the Appearance app I have selected the fonts tab.
The default font is Noto Sans Regular with a pixel size of 9.

I have a desktop folder that has text in two lines.

However, if I change the pixel size to 10 the folder text now only has one line.

Suggestions on how to retain the two lines?
