What is way more easy to run Android software in Ubuntu?

Thanks for reading my topic.
I see is possible run Android apps in Linux, but I had tried 2 ways being VirtualBox Android-X86 and genymotion not being simple and with issues.
Genymotion not run android apps arm code. Only run if the software has an x86 version and that not is available for all android apps.
I want use an simple solution for run android apps in Ubuntu without much extra files to install. Is possible ?

Would Waydroid be worth investigating?
The website has plenty of documention e.g. Install for Ubuntu

As this software is not in the official repositories, there is unlikely to be much support in these forum pages.
