I have a question about registrations.
Although I’m familiar in administering Ubuntu I’m fairly new to this whole landscape thing so this might be a “warning newbie“ type of question.
The problem in short is that I can not register VM’s to my self hosted Landscape server.
It’s not a production environment but a personal test lab.
What happens is that when i register one of my VM’s It is assigned full license for physical hardware servers so in a way it is working but not as it should be.
What I noticed is that the landscape server does not list any VM registrations available only container registrations:
Do I somehow need to assign registrations to either container or VM?
Am I perhaps missing something obvious but entirely different here?
P.S. I found this page but it didn’t really help much apart from confirming I had the wrong type of license.
