Be aware that Ubuntu 20.04 LTS reached End of Standard Support last year, 5 years after its release in 2020-April, thus is off-topic for support on this site.
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS still has support options provided by Canonical (ESM/Pro), but that support is provided elsewhere.
