Hello !
there is a frustrating behaviour that affects Bluetooth on my laptop and maybe many other users around.
Either the keyboard or the mouse are extremely laggy, sometimes only one, others both.
I know there are a lot of issues related to Bluetooth, power profile savings etc but this time I have been able to have an issue reproducible (almost) systematically, so I am here looking for help to understand what are the meaningful logs I can collect, but I am a bit lost 
Please check my assumptions below, don’t take is for granted, I am happy to check for more logs to confirm of deny my assumptions.
I exclude for now Bluetooth dongle hardware, because I have the same issue with 3 Bluetooth devices: the laptop embedded plus two additional USB dongles.
I am also taking out from this analysis all possible bugs on bluedevil-wizard and similar GUIs and considering only commands and logs from bluetoothctl that always work flawlessly.
No custom parameters in /etc/bluetooth/ all is commented and everything is by default.
Finally I exclude hardware issues on both keyboard and mouse.
Same devices are working with no issues on other Windows devices in Bluetooth mode.
The keyboard has no lag when connected via USB cable.

Trigger the issue by doing one of actions below

Below the Bluetoothctl output from a good condition, no issues, at some point I restart
Logs bluetoothctl doing several times power off and power on, the power off at the end of the log caused the lag of the keyboard and mouse together

What I’ve Tried:
a simple workaround for this issue is power off and back on or restart bluetooth service until randomly it works again when a NEW DEVICE MAC:ADDRESS event is visible at start of bluetooth service
