UbuntuMATE and willing to help the project in any way I can.
I am not a programmer; currently stuck in an indefinite loop of YT programming language tutorials and unable to Ctrl you C! 
However, I can help with bug reporting/testing and such. 
I’ve joined the matrix channel. Going through the past conversations to get up to speed.

I discussed my reasons for stepping down from Ubuntu MATE with my friends Alan and Mark on Linux Matters podcast episode 80.
It’s right at the beginning of the podcast and also explains what’s been happening since I first posted here.
@m_wimpress appreciate your honesty when you discussed the subject.
I went in eager to hear if there was any progress in talks with the three volunteers, but I also understand things like this take time.
