Disclaimer
It is important to note that the Governance Sync Meetings have a clear goal to encourage communication and collaboration between various Ubuntu Governance bodies. Elections
- Communications council call for nominations are open: Call for Nominations: Ubuntu Communications Council

- We had less activity recently due to the Ubuntu Engineering Sprint last week.
- The patch pilot shift planning is done by Ravi Kant Sharma (from Canonincal Foundations).
- We currently have 4-5 patch pilot shifts per week (each shift is 4 hours long).
- Ravi hopes to add couple of more shifts soon.
- Contributor pathway and guidance is needed for contributors and specifically for uploaders, motu, coredev.
Ubuntu Membership discussion
- Track who is doing the great work in various platforms.
- Encourage people to apply, and vote.
- Snippets of new members, why they got their new membership. And bring in some of the long standing members with also a text quote on how they got their membership, and perhaps where they got from that.
Governance round table
- Ubunu Unity apparently does not have uploaders.
- Communications council reports that there is quite a good amount of work to do, but work is progressing well.
- The Community Council is operating pretty smoothly, Communications Council is running smoothly except for worries about inability to get nominations.
- Membership board tries to re-establish regular meetings and promote membership. applications.
