thanks, issue solved
thanks, issue solved
I thought it was just me. I am glad I read this.
Thanks, on 25.10, unchecked now.
I saw the same yesterday with Ubuntu. I just ignored it. The question mark is gone this morning on new startup. I didn’t uncheck anything.
Happening on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, I discovered this issue around March 21, 15:30 GMT at the earliest.
I’m also getting random latency spikes on any “continuous” network traffic, like Gaming. Sometimes even YouTube is crawling in few hundred kbps for few seconds. I have rarely seen this issue before, I am on optic fiber with amazing latency. My online Gaming latency up till today (everyday) on this very network used to be around 50-70 ms on country server, 130-170 ms on neighbouring country server. Since this issue surfaced, it sometimes refuses to even connect 50% of time and latency spikes go randomly in 3000-10000 for a couple seconds, and forces a disconnected message on various games. It may be possible my latency spikes are coincidental to some other issue on ISP side.
Also, the only recent change this Ubuntu 20.04 has seen is new Snap packages installed automatically around 5 days ago that I never saw before on this machine. I’m unsure if I should uninstall it.
