All the daily builds and snapshot 4 have only the Desktop and snap folders within the home folder. This applies to a live boot from a USB or an install.
Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Public, Templates and Videos are all missing.
I have installed 25.10 weeks ago on a laptop and at the time the daily build included them. The device is fully up to date and the folders are still all there.

Problem fixed in daily Ubuntu 25.10 “Questing Quokka” - Daily amd64 (20250902)
I have ran zsync on my ISO files and even though the build date was updated to today the ISO was 100% the same and the Home folder is the same with the missing folders when running from a live USB or installing in a VM.
It doesn’t appear to be fixed.

The daily build from 03-09 had a 21% change and also fixed the missing folders.
