I have been using this since day one of the release on my Lenovo Yoga Slim 7, but I have never got the password screen when the install is encrypted with LVM to work.
It still works if I write the password “blind” on a black screen and the laptop continues to boot, but I am still looking for a solution.
I know that I am supposed to change the boot parameters in grub and remove quiet and/or splash - but I am not sure I am doing it correct - the result is often that I see all the boot parameters - except the LUKS password, then its all black screen again.
I would like the correct Ubuntu password (splash) screen that works in Lenovo X13S.
Can anyone give me a hint on what and where to change ?
