Ubuntu 20.04 Webcam problem on ASUS

Hi there. I have a problem with my integrated webcam, below laptop’s specifications:

• Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz × 4.
• Memory: 8GB.
• Display: Intel® HD Graphics 3000 (SNB GT2).
• HDD: 250 GB SSD (Samsung).
• OS type: 64 bits.

The problem?

I have two monitor (Dell and laptop’s display). So when I use the laptop display every works. But if I close the lip, use Dell’s only and open the lip again, the webcam stop working until laptop restart.

Is there a way to restart de webcam without restarting the pc?
