Chinese Speakers & Entry Permits

  • Question raised:
    • Whether speakers from China can be accepted if they handle their own entry permits
  • Decision:
    • Yes, speakers from China are acceptable
    • Speakers must manage permit requirements independently
    • Speakers already outside mainland China may have easier application processes

CFP Status

  • UCA CFP closed with 57 proposals
  • COSCUP CFP expected to close within one week

Proposal Handovers

  • Potential proposal sharing between:
