While many of the UbuCon Asia Committee members joined the video call on time, nobody from the Malaysian team (Local team candidate) joined the video call through the shared calendar invite. After waiting for the Malaysia team for about 40 minutes, @sukso96100 and @aryan tried to make a voice call through Telegram to @fenris, and @younggunner14 attempted to message on Telegram, but we unfortunately received no response.
Result
After waiting, the Committee decided to conclude the meeting and then agreed to schedule another one by sharing a collaborative calendar link with the Malaysian team via email, so that a suitable time could be picked.
The Committee also decided that this would be the last attempt from the committee to establish communication before the November 30th deadline, after which, the Committee will start considering alternative options, some of which were shared in the meeting.
