Youngbin
- Venue needs to be clarified, we need exact names of venue candidates. (It doesn’t needs to be secured, confirmed or booked right now).
- Dates need to be changed - Late October will clash with Ubuntu Summit, Making it difficult to bring support from Canonical and the Ubuntu Community.
Aaditya:
- Needs clarification about the team. Is it fenris team without jipang? or local team with both fenris and jipang?
- We also need list of venue options. It doesn’t needs to be confirmed right now.
- They haven’t updated their bid after we left feedback. So it’s difficult to know if they are active team or not.
- Concerns about lack of communication between local team candidate and the committee.
RJ:
- List of candidate venue options, and new date for event (or the reason why the date cannot change).
- Maybe another contact window from the local team as a backup when we cannot connect Fenris.
Aryan: Basically same feedback as other committee members. Also concern about lack of communication.
Bayu: Same as other folks. Would like to help the local team but don’t know how to communicate with them then provide some support.

Even if we accept, it will be difficult to know if they aware about it.
The bid also need some improvements.

The bid: At least, Clarification on venue options, New event date with at least a month gap with the Ubuntu Summit, Information on who is the main contact and who are the sub contact.
Speedy communication from the local team.

Once the Committee could confirm the required improvements has been reflected enough. The Committee then can proceed with accepting the bid. Enough communication with the local team candidate before accepting the bid is also required.
