Content

Track Moderators

  • Approximately 4–5 moderators are needed for the session rooms.
  • Potential moderators:
    • Youngbin, Tony(Day 1 only), fenris, RJ, Shawn(Day 1 afternoon only), Buo-ren(Day 2 only)

UCA26 Opening

  • Need to select featured speakers for promotion and the opening session slides.
  • Opening session content needs to be transferred into the COSCUP slide template.

Day 1 Closing Session

  • RJ or another member of Ubuntu Taiwan will prepare and lead the Day 1 closing session.

Booth

  • We have 3 booths.
  • A booth arrangement and volunteer coordination call needs to be scheduled.

Sponsorship

  • Canonical sponsorship funds have been settled.

Marketing & Design

  • No updates this week as Aaditya was not present.

Travel

  • Ask the COSCUP team for guidance on filling out the TAC form.
