- COSCUP has accepted the proposal, but the speakers have not yet confirmed their attendance.

CoC Report Handling
- If a report is received, the relevant teams will cooperate on the investigation.
- Discuss whether and how cases should be shared between the COSCUP and UbuCon Asia teams.
- Add Youngbin to the CoC email handling for cases related to the 2026 events, especially UbuCon Asia matters.

- Welcome party invitation codes have been prepared for UbuCon Asia speakers and organizers.
- Booth volunteers will receive invitation codes separately.
- Welcome party guidelines
- The party is free to attend.
- Outside food is allowed.
- Attendees can also purchase tickets to support the event.
City Tour — August 10
- COSCUP x UbuCon Asia 2026 City Tour:
