    • Follow up on the merger of the two Juju workshop proposals → (Done)
    • Follow up with Fenris regarding pending proposals → (Not yet)

    • Accepted speakers have started responding to their participation invitations.
    • Follow-up with accepted speakers will begin after June 8.

  • Remaining Proposal Review: The team discussed reviewing the remaining proposals after speaker responses are received.

    • Backup proposals: #100, #105, #120, #132, #134, #140

  • Travel Grant Considerations: The following workshop proposals are pending travel grant confirmation: #123 and #135

  • Current Acceptance Status

    • Talks: 14 / 15 accepted
    • BoF & Workshops: 6 / 7 accepted
    • If only 6 workshops are ultimately accepted, the remaining capacity can be used to accommodate two additional talks.

  • Reviewed Proposal #143 submitted by the UBports team.

  • Jianlin Lv (#104) confirmed that the he is unable to travel to Taiwan, therefore the proposal will not proceed.
