I had triaged this bug before asking for more information. At the same time the reporter explained it better, we got the same problem reported against resource-agents, which seems to be the package that needs fixing. Marked as duplicate of the resource-agents bug.
This is the bug referenced above - seems like the docker resource-agent is relying on CLI output, which changed defaults in the new version of docker.io-app. Although the docker resource-agent is part of extras, this deserves attention. server-todo, assigned to myself.
