This cycle was being delayed by an embargoed release addressing apparmor
issues that had been found. To make up for that the current SRU cycle has been extended to 5 weeks.
There are no kernels in -proposed, yet, due to issues with builders. The generic kernel builds (except noble) should hopefully appear today.
