Yes, thanks for asking. I cannot find where to change temperature from centigrade to fahrenheit. Certainly not under “Preferences”!
Thanks.

The question does not seem related to the planning for a future release of Ubuntu.
It seems like an ordinary question appropriate for existing releases.
From memory, this is related to your Region and Language.
One of the setting you can change is “Measurements” and you would need to select a country/language that uses the Imperial system like USA.
Hope that helps
Pete
OK, but where is that setting found in the application? Only things I see that can be changed are under the “hamburger menu” on top right here:
It is in your system settings … not in the app … though it might be that there is a bug and you have it correct in your system settings and the app simply does not inherit that …
I think this is the case. I just checked system settings, and all is correct there.
you should report a bug against the application then, so it can be looked into by its developer(s)
The first post here is from “Mission Center project lead”, so I figured they are on top of it. If he is still watching this, just let me know if this is GTG, or if I need to do something else. I don’t really interact with that software much other than just looking at the surface level.
Thank you.
Well, this forum isnt a bugtracker …
ogra@styx:~$ snap info --verbose mission-center|grep -A1 issues:
issues:
ogra@styx:~$
try using the bug tracking tool the developer asks for (and which they (very likely) monitor to track their open issues)
So the guy in the first post isn’t following I guess. I did not realize it is someone other than Ubuntu. I thought people would just read the responses to their posts. Not a huge deal to me at the moment, so I will just ignore it and move on at this moment in time. Thanks anyhow.
That will likely not fix your issue though … but your choice ![]()
Sorry for not responding sooner, was just a bit busy. No support of anything other then °C ATM. Would you mind opening an issue here?
I have bigger issues to deal with before this one. If I get those figured out, I’ll come back to this unless it is fixed by then. I can live with “-” instead of “=”.
