Support Qemu 9.2

I’ve created an issue here: Support Qemu 9.2 · Issue #14916 · canonical/lxd · GitHub, but it seems that it got ignored. I’m reposting it here to get more attention from team. Tl;dr: LXD does not support Qemu 9.2 which is now default on Arch Linux, but there is a fix for that available in Incus. Can it be fixed in LXD?
