Lubuntu 24.04.3 totally updated 30-10-2025.
When trying run some softwares is showed the error message
[34139:1027/091221.307822:FATAL:setuid_sandbox_host.cc(163)] The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I’m aborting now. You need to make sure that /opt/FreeTube/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)
To run the software need add the in command line --no-sandbox
How avoid it some softwares ? Only happen in recent Ubuntu versions.
